Older guy

If I’m in a relationship with an older guy and I’m scared that my mom will kick me out if I do tell her about it should I just break up with him? He really wants to go out on dates and things but she doesn’t know about him yet and he’s 4 years older than me and I’m only 18. Our relationship has only been going on for about 2 months and it’s getting stale cause of it. Idk what to say to her cause we aren’t close at all and I don’t want her to think all he wants is sex from me?
