Twin pregnancy is no joke I feel like I have the body of a 70yro with osteoporosis. I'm in need of help so bad. My body just feels like shit. I'm 22 weeks 2 days with twin girls and they are tearing my body up. I have numb thighs, carpal tunnel in both hands, also my back is killing me on top of my sciatic nerve going crazy. I'm just wondering does anyone know if it is safe to use muscle creams while pregnant?
