Help please of this product

I saw this on the knews today and I want to try it they said and y copy and paste it of the directions.

FertiPrep - Take one tablet, twice daily, AM/PM, for 7 days beginning 5 days prior to ovulation. Take with a full glass of water.

VitaPrep - Take one tablet daily for 30 days

I want to get opinions or if anybody had tried it so it helps u get pregnant faster so please help thank you.
