pregnancy ezcema relief

I've had atopic dermatitis since I was born and I have flare ups all throughout my life. I had gotten rid of it when I eliminated gluten but now that I'm pregnant I can't necessarily stick to a gluten free diet because I'm nauseous. what is safe to relieve the eczema itching while pregnant? I have high powered steroid creams from my doctor but idk that they are safe for pregnancy and I would rather use an over the counter eczema lotion. recommendations please?!
