YEAST INFECTION KILLING ME 🤦🏽

in all of my 21 years of life i never had a yeast infection till I got pregnant it's so annoying this is the 2nd time of it coming back and I'm in my third trimester. I haven't had sex since I been pregnant n I tested negative for a std and I tested negative for bv. I'm tryna figure out why this yeast infection keep coming back???!!!! I just want my vagina back to its normal state I'm barely making it and want this pregnancy to be over with 😫😩 right now I'm using clotrimazole 3 any better products out there???
