Am I over stressing!

Ok so i have an almost 8 yr old son. All thru that pregnancy everything was great smooth sailing.

We have been ttc since he was 1. A yr ago i had a miscarriage. I dis my blood work levels were going up great. But at my initial Drs visit no heartbeat. That was so unexpected since my first was all good.

Fast forward 2 days ago i get a positive preg test but hubby and I are just so worried. I want to feel excited but part of me just doesnt know what to expect or think.

Hoping this is my 🌈 baby we have been praying for.

Excpected due date per glow app is Jan 24th.
