Anyone please advice!

I just went today for my 1 prenatal visit at what is supposed to be 5w6d according to my LMP. Well the doctor couldn’t see anything with the transvaginal ultrasound. He did see some fluid in my uterus and what appears to be a gestational sac. But did not give me any answer, the only thing he said was that I could have ovulated late, he ordered labs to check my HCG levels to which I will get the results on Friday. Anyone else had a similar situation with a positive outcome? Thanks
