Working with baby

My daughter is 11 Weeks Old today and I applied for a part time job. How do you do it? My fiancé works third so he sleeps during the day. His parents work and my parents are 30+ minutes away. I applied for a Tuesday Thursday shift from 10am to 3pm. I probably won’t get it because of the times I requested and I’m unavailable on Saturday’s. How do you do it? The extra money will be nice but my fiancé told me not to worry about money. I still do. I have student loans to pay lmao.
