Overly exhausted all the time.

How do yall do it been taking care of my son for 19 months with barely any help or breaks. My husband works from 3pm til 230 am. But usually cant get to sleep til 5 or 6 am so ends up sleeping all day but everytime I ask him to do anything when he is awake he gives me a death stare. For some reason around lunch time my son wont eat anything and will just spit everything out. He will scream at me almost the whole day. For his midday nap he wont go to sleep in his crib unless I hold him. The whole day Im getting up because he will throw all his toys in the trash can or touch everything he shouldn't no matter how hes disciplined. Im just so exhausted I end up accidentally falling asleep when hes awake. I dont have family or friends he can stay with.
