birth control yay or nay
so I want to go on birth control but Idk if I should because of bipolar disorder. any change in hormones can,cause a mood shift and birth control can lessen the effectiveness of my medication. I'm also scared of weight gain. all of my meds have the side effevt of it and I don't want to gain weight. I was thinking of trying nuvaring but I heard of the bad side effects it can give. any ideas?
