HELP PLS 😭 NEXPLANON

So I’ve had my Nexplanon for a week and 3 days. I know this may be a stupid question but I am overly concerned and paranoid. I had unprotected sex on the 5th day of having my Nexplanon (yes I am aware that I’m supposed to wait to the 7th day. As soon after we finish, I took a My Way Contraceptive Pill. I also took a birth control pill approximately two days later(yes, I know. That really wasn’t necessary). Two days after (the 7th day), the Nexplanon is supposed to go into effect. It’s been 5 days since I had sex & I have been reading other people experiences with Nexplanon and pregnancies and I am completely overwhelmed by it and scared. I know you can’t get pregnant in 5 days and plus I used emergency contraceptive. I’ve been feeling bloated and have been experiencing cramps for 4 days. I have no experienced any bleeding, spotting, and the VERY MINIMAL amount of discharge. Is it possible that these are just symptoms from the Nexplanon and I am overreacting? Should I just take a pregnancy test just to calm myself down? I really need some answers please.
