hello all,
Has anyone else experience this in their early thirties? I haven't been on birth control for a few years now and my period has been spacing out further and further. Last time I was 14 days late now I'm 21 days late. Today I've experienced a few hot flashes. I'm freaking out. I don't want to be.... you know. Any tricks or supplements to help your reproductive system?
