Should I seek fertility help?!

So may 2017 I found out I was pregnant with my second child from a man I didn’t really know. I was completely against abortions until this situation but long story short I got a abortion and 3 months later had a uterus AVM and had it fixed surgically in November 2017 . Well now I’m trying to conceive and it’s been a few months and I don’t know if I’m even ovulating or that my uterus is completely healed. My periods are a short 5 days nothing complicated. Anyone go threw the same thing?
