High bbt

Hi everyone, I had a miscarriage back in November and have been TtC. I’ve been tracking my bbt every month. This month is much higher if a temp. It’s 99.21 and still going up. In any of the other months my bbt has been 98.7 or 6 and never anywhere close to 99. Was wondering if this is maybe my rainbow:-). Last night when I was about to go to bed, I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was pink. Today it’s nice t pink it’s more brown. Could this be implantation? Could I be pregnant? If I supposedly ovulated in the 16th is it too soon to take a test? Crossing my fingers but also nervous as well. Help. Also when is okay to take a pregnancy test
