Don't know how to feel

Yesterday I was completely fine. And today I woke up, went to the bathroom, and noticed a little bit of brown discharge. Didn't think too much about it. Then right before dinner it became heavier. I didn't have serious cramping or pain. I still don't...but my mother took me to the ER. After an abdominal ultrasound, and a transvaginal ultrasound, and not seeing any heartbeat, and only a gestational sack, nothing else, they took blood, did tests...and now I'm waiting for 800 tomorrow morning to call for a d&c...; still can't believe this is happening...I don't know what to feel...I'm sad...but I don't know what to make of it.
