Should ‘incels’ be classified as a hate group? *TW for sexual assault and misogyny*

There have been a few posts about incels lately, I'm contributing. Tell me if this has been posted and I'll delete.

Incels (involuntary celibates) are a large group of men who hate women. Two prominent figures in the community are being hailed heroes. Elliot Rogers, killed 6 people in ‘a day of retribution’ against the society that had ‘denied’ him sex and love and Alex Minassian, killed 10 people and heavily praised Elliot Rogers.

They are clearly very hateful, but should they be classified as a hate group, or should we leave them as particularly violent internet trolls?

Here's some definitions for the terms they use bc they pop up a lot:

Roastie - a woman who has a lot of sex, refers to her labia and the myth that having sex causes it to grow and resemble roast beef

Stacie - an attractive woman and an asshole

Chad - an attractive man and an asshole (Tyrone for black men)

Normie - neither a Stacy or Chad

White Knight - a man who defends or helps women. Presumably for sex.

Femoid - derogatory term for women implying they are not human and simply human-like.
