Anybody work at lululemon?

Hey guys :) I have a pair of leggings from lululemon that I’ve had for about a year I’d say and I just recently found a hole on them. I don’t know how I got it I guess I snagged it on something but I’ve heard they’ll replace them for you, and  was just wondering how true that was? I mean these were 120$ so I hope it’s true 😂 here’s a pic of it

Maybe you could call the store before you actually drive down there. And if an employee tells you yes you can, get their name just in case you get there and someone else tells you no, you can tell them that you called ahead and spoke to “their name” and they told you that you could. I’ve worked in retail with different companies and if a customer was told they could do something by a worker (even if it goes against normal company policies) the manager will nine times out of ten still allow the customer to do it since they were already previously told by a worker that they could.

I had purchased a pair that were fairly new then a close friends of mine dog jumped up on me and ripped a whole in my leggings. When I went into the city they asked how long I had them for and mention I could bring them back and they’d get me knew ones.. but I also had mine close to a year and near the crotch was wearing I guess? (Had that lint all over) so I haven’t taken them to try for exchange I guess because I’m worried they won’t take them anyhow. I live almost two hours to the closest store so wouldn’t want to just go for pants. 😒

I bought several pairs they always do this , I bought a pair nov 20th and buy Christmas they had piled all over the butt and ripped . Nothing I could do had to buy another pair.

I’m not sure they would replace a hole from a snag, I bought a pair and about six months into owning them the seam in the crotch came apart and they replaced it no cost no receipt.. but that’s also a defect compared to a hole? But that being said, they have an email on their website and that’s who I contacted with my concern, so worth a try!
