Out of breath?

Anyone else get out of breath if they talk super excitedly/get really upset? I had to call and get some things straightened out with insurance over the phone, and the conversation got a little heated, and I was having trouble talking because I was so out of breath at the end of my rant (hormones had me getting a little extra triggered). This hasn’t happened before, but it’s happened twice this week (both times I was talking fast and excitedly).
