reenlistment

So, back in January my husband got laid off (he's a union carpenter) and he was laid off for a long while and we were getting fed up with how things were being done at his company. We then decided to reenlist for the army. we had been active duty before and he really missed it. since he is national guard now, we knew it would take awhile for the orders to get approved. Well, now it's May and he got his orders and we no longer know if that's what we want. recently we've been talking about trying for a baby. Then today my dream job (junior high math teach) became available at a school 10min away. (I'm currently commuting an hour one way) Any advice ? what do we do? ultimately I know we'll have to decide between picking up and moving for the army, or ditching that to stay where we're at.
