Help with FWB

I had a FWB thing with a guy for a month and then I went to a different country for 3 months. Before I left he ate me out. I told him that I’d return the favour.

After I came back, I wanted him to take my virginity. He was like, oh, I don’t get a bj? He hasn’t made any efforts after that to keep our FWB thing going. I’d really like to continue it though. Or at least find another guy like him (attractive, always asking for consent, free during school hours etc). Any ideas?
