Does using a cup help with cramps? Endo cramps?

I’ve read that it can make cramps worse if you have the wrong firmness/size but once you find the right one for you, what’s the verdict on cramps?

I've inserted my cup once or twice (oops), but I'd notice very soon due to some unusual cramps. I tend to get no or little cramping regardless of the product I use. Still, I get even fewer cramps when I use my cup

I get less cramps with my cup than with a tampon. I read it's because there are chemicals in tampons that your body recognises as something it wants out of it so there will be cramps to "push it out". but your body won't do the same with the body safe silicon, as it isn't recognised as a possible treat to your body

i cramp regardless but i definitely cramp less with a cup then tampons. using tampons would quiet literally have me doubled over at some point
