Can someone tell me if this is possible??? (Read entire post please)

Question

Is it possible to be pregnant again If I miscarried on May 9th and bled for a few days? 
I tested the day I stopped bleeding and on the following day(May 13th and 14th) and my pregnancy tests were negative (stark white). I don’t see my doctor again for another 2 weeks for follow up blood work. Well today I tested and I for sure got a positive (all pregnancy tests were from the same box)

I read that you don’t have to have a period in order to ovulate and you are very fertile after a miscarriage. So it’s very possible.. for exam if you ovulated May 15th or 16th that would be like 10 or 11dpo for you. Normally women start testing around that time

I’m guessing if you’ve had a negative result and now a positive it’s a new pregnancy 😊your hormones will have had to go up in order to get a strong positive like that. I’d ring your docs and ask for your bloods to be taken a bit sooner to confirm

if you definitely were down to no hcg I guess it's possible. 
crazy though. for me it took 6 weeks for my hcg to get to a non-pregnant level.

Hmm that is really strange. I suppose that if you had clear negatives after your MC then it us possible it's a new pregnancy  It would be super quick though. You usually don't ovulate until a week or two after a normal period and then implantation  takes a week to 19 days after that. I suppose if you are an early ovulated it could have happened.
