100 degrees while pregnant
Today I was outside for probably 45 minutes in the 97 degree weather. Im 20 weeks pregnant. I didn’t really have a choice but I’m inside now and very concerned I’ve done harm. please tell me what i should do. I have my anatomy scan on this Wednesday
