TMI is this my mucus plug??

I'm only 28 weeks pregnant. I've been having discharge like this for the past few days. It's super thick and sticky. I know this is gross but is this a bad sign and do I need to see my doctor?

it looks like it but it regenerates. unless you have cramping or blood you should be fine though you can always contact your Dr just to feel more sure

Definitely consult your Dr but I will assure you that losing it this early doesn't always mean anything bad. It does regenerate. Reason I say contact your Dr is because when I started losing mine as I started I was dilating but it was a small amount of dilation my Dr wasn't worried. I went over and ended up needing a csection FYI.

looks like a piece. but its mot blood tinged and will regenerate.  I lost mine 4 times👍

No, this is just normal mucus. I got mucus like this all through my pregnancy. Had to use panty liners so my underwear wouldn’t get covered 🤢 my mucus plug was a very different consistency. This looks slippery and wet, where my mucus plug was thick almost like glue or gelatin.
