Fever Help!
I made a post earlier about my son having hand foot and mouth. Well about 6 hours ago he spiked a fever of 102.4 Which I read is normal for them to have a fever with this. But when I give him tylenol to help bring it down. (He is in obvious discomfort whining not sleeping) It doesn't bring it down but by one degree? Should I worry! I am kinda freaking out! Also, he is 9 months
