Bleeding after D&C

For how long and how much did you bleed afterwards? I had my first D&C for a missed miscarriage on Tuesday 6/30. Wednesday and Thursday I bled very very little. Just wore a panty liner or light pad. Today, Friday, I'm bleeding very heavily. Changing my pad every hour but it's not totally saturated, but full. I've also passed a couple clots. Anyone else ever had barely any bleeding for days then what's like a heavy period day four days after the D&C??
