Is this something that happens to breastfeed babies ?

Question

This might sound silly. 
She’s 6 months and I have been starting her on solids ( I breastfeed) . Broccoli, peas, carrots, avocados , banana for the morning . 
And I give her some water . 
But she’s crying every time she poops and I know it hurts her. Am I doing something wrong 
Is there a way I can help her ? 
Please help . 
Should I still breastfeed her should I be giving her more milk to help her poop ?

As their poop thickens with solids she may cry cause it’s not as easy as before. But she should also only be getting one small “meal” a day at that age and it should not replace breastfeeding in any way. It should only be a supplement to it. Food before one is for fun they say because the main source of nutrition is breastmilk or formula until that point.
Also banana causes constipation in many babies.

My dr told us to try prunes if she starts getting constipated.

My girls get oatmeal cereal with probiotics in the morning and they haven’t been constipated at all. I still breastfeed them as often as I did before food and they only get solids twice a day- oatmeal in the morning and then a veggie or fruit in evening

My daughter has been the same and we tried more fiber filled cereal or foods and it didn’t help much. We’re steering clear of constipating rice cereal, apples and bananas and backing off on how much/often we’re giving her food. Still breastfeeding her. We’re back to once a day with food just to give her system a chance to react. We haven’t tried prunes, but did some all natural constipation drops and that helped a lot! We gave her som water after eating too and that didn’t help. Hope she gets relief because our daughter was so cranky and miserable.
