Miscarriage? TMI picture

I’m supposed to be 8 weeks, I went to planned parent hood to take a pregnancy test and I was 7 weeks then. Yesterday I went to sharp hospital and got another pregnancy test, blood work an ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound because I started bleeding that morning. They said that I might be having a miscarriage and to come back in 2 days to take another pregnancy test to see if my hcg level doubles or not. I’ll find out tomorrow if I will carry on with my pregnancy or if I had a miscarriage, what do you guys think is happening?
