Pregnant but never went to Gyno before

Please help! I’m pregnant (We weren’t trying but we weren’t exactly “not” trying, we’re both happy) and I’ve never been to a gynecologist (I’m 23, conservative family, finally married with my own health insurance). I obviously have planned on going but some other health stuff got in the way this year. I’ve always had a regular cycle and everything has always seemed okay as far as my health down there.

Does anyone have experience with this? What should I expect when i call tomorrow to make my appointment and at my first appointment? Thank you!!!
