7 months old

All of a sudden the last week my seven-month-old started throwing what I would consider a mini tantrum and they're completely random. However I noticed them more often when she's tired and she won't take a nap. Is this normal, what do I do to ease it? It's a very difficult lately as when we're home 75% of the time she's screaming and crying. I first I thought it was teething but then I noticed that it's just something that happens more when it's naptime or bedtime.
