Stomach Problems! help please

Okay ever since I've been little I've had stomach problems. Constant hemorrhoids all the time when I have bowel movements. Gas problems for as long as you can name it. I'm always bloated all the time. Stomach cramps and etc. I've always wondered about it but I've lived with it so long I just got used to it. This is my every day life Tmi my bowl movements are regular so yes I'm in pain down there almost every day. I dont know if this relates but before I got on birth control I had horrible periods like lay in bed 5 to 6 days throwing up, blacking out, and cramps. I learned my uterus is tilted to the back by my rectum if that has anything to do with it. I just need help and serious answers just need to know does anybody else go there this. What things help you get thru it? What steps do I need to take to help it? Thank you to anyone with answers
