Intermittent Fasting
Okay so I’m 4’11 for my height & 15 years old. My body fat is pretty bad i weigh 118 well used to but the other I was 117.80 pounds then I started Intermittent fasting today now I am 116.80. Btw I also workout “weightlifting” so like ya idk. I started eating healthy especially today. No junk so like ye let me know what ya’ll think and if it actually does work. I’m just trying to get rid the excess fat on mah belly
