Confused

I’m not sure what’s going on with my body but I’m so fed up..

So I’ve been seeing discharge or puss in my urine for about a month and a half. Dull and sometimes terrible pain under both my ribs like to the side(mostly on the left). Slight back pain mostly on the left. Bloating on and off depending on how much I’ve eaten, which lately isn’t a lot Bc I feel so uncomfortable afterwards. I went to the doc last month and he told me it was diverticulitis and prescribed me medication (flagyl). It makes me use the restroom more often but not solid TMI I know. At night everything feels so tight and I’m so uncomfortable and irritable. Any ideas if this could be something more?
