Sick and newly pregnant!!

I'm about 8 weeks pregnant and my lovely husband gave me his cold which has now turned into bronchitis.. I'm scared that my baby may not be okay from my body trying to fight off this illness. I'm on antibiotics and robitussin but it just worries me that something could happen to the baby.  I've basically made myself sit in bed and drink tons of fluids this whole week. I wanted to take it easy has anyone else expeierinced something like this?!
