Breastfeeding help

Any tips about weaning? My son is nearly 14 months, and almost doing it himself, he's only nursing for bedtime, maybe 1 or 2 times at night, and first thing when he wakes up. He isn't at all during the day. I feel like our journey is slowly ending but I'm not sure how to help it along a bit. Mainly how to cut it down to maybe just at bedtime and not at all through the night..? (I'm wondering if moving him to his crib in his room instead of a bed in our room will help the night time nursing..?) TIA!
