8 weeks pregnant & freaking out. Help!

Hi guys, I'm 8 weeks pregnant due in February. I found out at the doctors when I was 3 weeks, I already had an ultrasound done and saw my babies little heart heart. But I don't know what to do, I constantly freak out and think I had like a miscarriage without bleeding or any cramps and I find myself taking pregnancy test all the time lol. It's like I still can't believe it or i don't know. What should I do? 😔😔😔😔
