Has anyone tried these while breast feeding? I'm only 30 weeks but I'm wanting to EBF. and I was wondering if any of these would be a good idea or if they really work?

They are not bad, they are pretty expensive though... you can buy the ingredients and make them cheaper. 
Don’t know if they really work or not, I didn’t end up needing them as I am a good cow and my daughter seems happy. Mainly as long as you keep your water and calorie intake, you shouldn’t need them.

Let your body try to establish your supply before starting to supplement! Maybe have things on hand, but you may not need a thing!

My mother-in-law got me the milkmaid ones when my supply started dwindling (she watches baby during day so she noticed) and it helped initially. I’ve started eating them again because my supply was reduced after baby and I both had a bad stomach bug. They seem to help and the flavor was okay. I know it would be cheaper to make from scratch, but with two kids and back to work full time, I just didn’t have the time initially.
