Shaving Problems

Hey so I’m young, and never fully shaved down there. I’ve done some trimming, but I was shaving because of bathing suit positions, and decided to shave it all. Now I’m regretting it, but there’s nothing I can do. I found some bumps there (I’m not sexually active so idk why) and there’s a few dots of blood and red bumps. Is this normal for shaving in a sensitive spot?!
