What could this mean?

So a while almost 3yrs ago, I had an ectopic. It was the only time I’ve ever been pregnant. No slip ups (thank God & my parents lol), etc.. So like 2yrs after, I had a dream that I had had the baby & it was a girl. We were taking her home. My then-boyfriend strapped in her car seat, I got in & when I tell ya’ll I saw her whole face.. I still remember it. But, I’ve always taken this as it being my peace with it (I’ve been dealing with it ever since, Idk if I have PTSD or what but when a man rubs a woman’s stomach or it’s excessive pregnancy / diaper commercials or commercials with kids, i get very uncomfortable & sometimes cry) but I was just wondering what else it could mean. If any. I’m open lmao
