Multiple miscarriage/ chemical pregnancies

I had a chemical pregnancy in March. Just found out I’m pregnant again and I’m terrified. I took a few tests with hcg sticks then confirmed with a digital after being 5 days late on my period. Then today day 7 of my missed period I started bleeding. It’s not heavy just light bleeding but it’s pink/red. I feel like i know what’s happening since it happened before but is there any other reason i could be bleeding? I’m so upset right now and just thought this time was different. Thanks!
