Stats: 5' 11", 180lbs

Goal weight: 160lbs

I went to the gym this morning for the first time in a couple of months. It is time to get in shape! Though I don't require my husband's permission, he is on board with this. He doesn't think I need to lose weight, but he wants me to be comfortable in my skin, which I am definitely not right now. So, it begins. 😊

I am cutting out refined carbs and sugars and increasing my fruit, vegetables, protein, and water intake. I will be getting up at 5:00 am Monday-Friday to spend an hour at the gym - 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes resistance training.
