Need help making my “wedding” special

I am moving into a new house the month before I elope in nov I didn’t get to graduate and wear a pretty dress and as it looks now I won’t get to wear a pretty dress with my budget for this elopement. Is there anywhere I can get a pretty wedding dress is $150 or less? I just want to wear a fancy dress and look good for photos and be happy when I look back on them 😣😔.(in Canada)
