there's no such thing as a ”black card”

I know this person (who is Asian) and she repeatedly uses the N-word, with an a or a hard r. She says it's ”just a word” but we all know that's not true. I remember one time she told us that her friend up north (who is black) gave her the black card. First of all, you ain't in the North any more honey. Secondly, ONE person tells you it's okay year's okay and you still hold that to your spine? Thirdly, this one black girl does not speak for the way every other black person feels about you using the word.
