Question I NEED HELP !

Iv been dealing with my anxiety for almost 3 weeks now ! The main thing I had anxiety about is over and done with I go past it! Then after I got past it then I just magically found something else to worry about that wasn’t even a thing ! Pretty much during the last 2 weeks Iv been having anxiety attack that wake me up in the middle of the night. I got past it then I notice me losing weight over the past 3 weeks I lost about 8 pounds from just not eating ! I haven’t gained or lost I’m at 150 now or sometimes I’ll be 151. I haven’t had full meals lately or when I do I’ll get hungry like at 3am so I’m normally up so I eat. I have been eating food so I thought I should have gained my weight I lost back but I haven’t im still the game weight. So NOW I’m anxious about that and when I’m anxious I don’t eat.. and that’s scaring me because I don’t want to keep losing weight from not eating.

Does anyone have advice for me ??

I am seeing my doctor about my anxiety Monday but I just want to see if anyone had any advice on what I should do about eating.
