30 day challenge?

Any of you ladies tried the 30 day challenge with your husbands/SO? We started July 1st & boy it's a huge difference having sex every day aside from once a week. I was curious if any of you have done this & ended with improvement? Nothing is wrong with our marriage. We just don't really have sex like we use to. So we thought this might help. Any insight is appreciated!
