Feel guilty that I Hate when he goes “down town”

My husband likes to/ wants to “go down town” on me all the time and I seriously hate it. Everything about it! the feel of it, the eye contact....just everything! its so disgusting to me. But he thinks Im just being old fashioned/modest and seriously wont leave it alone. So from time to time I just put up with it and suppress the urge to barf and its all I can do to deal with it for a few minutes.

I feel so bad about shutting him down and he seriously is frustrated about it and will sulk! I don’t know if there is something I can do to make this a less awful experience -

Im afraid of stifling our sex life with my refusal to do this one thing, we’ve been together over a decade and I don’t want to start killing the fire.

He’s waaaay more adventurous in bed than me so I already feel guilt and pressure. Its seriously affecting my libido :(
