Laparoscopy results! feeling a bit down. help needed

so i had my first ever laparoscopy done on sunday (5days ago). they were checking for endometriosis and adenomyosis. thankfully I have neither. however i have something called Pelvic congestion syndrome. which apparently there is no cure for apart from menopause or a hysterectomy and any further pregnancies will only make it worse. 😔 on top of this they checked my fallopian tubes. my right side was slow to spill and my left says no spill or fill. i need help understanding these results as my gynae didnt tell me much after or i cant remember as i was very ill when i came around. many thanks girlies.
