Online girls ,3 year relationship

I found out tonight my boyfriend of 3 years has been talking to females online sexually. He barley even touches me and now I know why. He’d rather chat with these girls. He told me to shut the fuck up, to go the fuck away, how dumb I was and to get out of his bed. (I’m stuck here until the morning) I only see him on the weekends, I try to look good for him every weekend. He barley will ever try to touch me. I cry myself to sleep wondering why I’m not attractive enough for him to touch me but he can look at these girls. I told him I’m done, but I know I’ll go back. I always do. This isn’t the first time. I want to stay gone. But how. Someone please tell me how to stay away. This is toxic. Mental abuse and I can’t fucking take it.
