Forgot about appointnent &....

OK so this is kinda a 2 parter lol.

I have an appointment tomorrow just a woman's check up. I completely forgot about the 24 hour rule! I just had sex should I just reschedule or what...? Has anyone else done this and just went in?

Also like I just said I had sex not to long ago and I got these horrible cramps like awful period cramps after we got done... To my memory that's never happened before and I'm a bit confused as to what it could mean.. Of course in my mind I'm like "omg it means I'm pregnant!!" But know that's probably not the cause lol...
