Could I have symptoms already?

So I had sex on the 21st which is the day I came off but I have very irregular periods, then I had sex on the 26th. Now I’m constantly peeing and I mean like four to five times and hour and my bladder is completely full everytime, I’m so tired that if I don’t set an alarm I could sleep for 14 hours easy. I don’t feel nauseous but I have been getting dizzy a little bit but nothing serious. I don’t know when I ovulated as like I said my periods are so irregular I sometimes won’t even get one for two months. I think the main Thing that’s changed is the peeing but I get urine infections quite a lot and everytime I’ll get flu like symptoms with it which I don’t have this time so I really don’t think it’s a uti. I doubt I’d have symptoms this early at all but just looking for some advise really 🙂
